Structural masonry garage with timber frame construction above. Insulated with Warmcel & clad in pre-finished inert boards to provide rain screen. Floor & roof constructed using timber ‘I’ beams. Flat roof “warm” construction with single-ply membrane. Velfac windows & doors. Internal floors & stairs in European oak.
